Our ultimate purpose is to connect existing top women executives, make friends, and provide a way to welcome new executive women to our region. No need to dread one more set of “meetings” on your calendar. The organization is based on a few high impact, low effort gatherings each year, and minimal time commitment from most members.

Structure:

CWEF is governed by a volunteer board of directors with an executive committee and committee chairs. Committees include membership, program, and communications.
